Basically they neglect Naruto since he doesn’t have 9 tails power and minato is half uchiha and madara is his dad and Kushina is sending. They both hate uchiha minato for no reason and kushina since tobirama. Rin was Naruto’s friend and she got attacked and Naruto asked her to heal her but Naruto said no since she wasn’t her friend and then thing went like canon I’m pretty sure.
