You gitta,admit Zabuza and Team 7 had no reason to fight after his employer backstabbed him. Zabuza only fought them as a job, so them stopping made sense. Kakashi also knows loss first hsnd, and more then once. So of all people he could respect their bond as comrades, but also father and son. Zabuza needing to be in this role of killer was also largely to how the village raises killers by enforcing them to kill or be killed as children. Haku growing on him is actually shown when he goes out of his way to get a pet for him. So him feeling great hurt inside is ovetshadowed by the drilled in philosophy of the hidden mist. Naruto repeating what he tries hard not to thinn off however realisticly gets him still. And Kakashi once again makes sure his Team lets him deal with the Traitors. Then honors them by putting them next to each other. This werent villans. Just fellow Shinobi hired by the opposition. So this is one instance where talk no jutsu was just reminding a brainwashed father that his adopted kid loved him so much he died for him. And that cuts deeper then any blade. Sadly in shippuden logic and belivable reactions went out the window.

I cried watching this arc for the first time as a 12 year old and here I am crying again 19 years later over the same darn scenes.

100% agreed. I think this is the 1st anime that the villains from the very first arc are still held in such high regard throughout the fsnbase (not counting Vageta as he ends up being a recurring character). So many villains have come and go throughout Naruto and the story of Zabuza and Haku still hits hard every time

yes ,, naruto has tons of such emotional scenes ,, but this was the beginning of an epic journey

Before Zabuza killed Gato, he wouldn't have done that as Kakashi views those who disrespect their own comrades as the lowest form of filth. But Zabuza had earned his respect in the end.

Kakashi and Jiraiya are in my opinion the best characters in the show. Followed closely by shikamaru and itachi

I don’t think filler is the problem, because you can just skip it. The problem is the pacing and flashbacks in the canon episodes 💀 and if they remaster it, they should just work on that

The OG bleach series also needs a remake cos a lot of the fights would go hard with modern animation.

Can’t speak on the manga but the anime definitely isn’t a masterpiece🤣it’s still v entertaining though

@@Moiz.7 naruto has decent pacing and for an old anime its really good naruto has 700 chapters and 400 canan episodes so per episode1-2 chapters are animated and thats good

@@Phoboskomboa Same here xD *SPOILERS* I remember it like yesterday when I was weeky on the Edge of my Seat during the Pain Arc or when the 4th Ninja War was going on and each released Chapter with Madara fighting the Kage BLEW ME AWAY as a Teenager xD Pretty sure I actually came when I saw the Perfect Susanoo for the first time on a beautiful double Page in the Manga :D I used to read it online and the entire Series in Manga was actually one my first purchases as an Adult that I payed for myself :)

To me at least, first 20 or so episodes of Naruto were by far the best the show ever got. There were only few random scattered moments throughout the years that followed that reached anywhere close to the first few episodes.

Yeah, Zabuza was never really a good person. He had no issue killing others. But he was still human. He actually did care for Haku. You can even see it in their flashbacks. If Haku was just a weapon, I don't think Zabuza would be patting him on the head like we see him doing.
