Indeed. But Naruto was barely 15 yo there, i suppose he'd become an amazing shinobi later on with proper training AND considering Kyuubi wasnt messing with his chakra control anymore.

The quality tended to go a bit wacky with some of these crazy high action fights. I used to think it was them rushing to get so much work done in a short amount of time but that doesn’t really explain how comical it is. Pain being hammered into the ground like a nail will never not be funny 😂
