Naruto: Rise of a Ninja running on the latest Xbox 360 emulator (Xenia Canary) at two times the native resolution, output at 1080p. This is on the latest Xenia Canary as of the 23rd of August, 2023. Multiple parts of the video had to be cut up and have the music replaced to avoid copyright, otherwise the video would've been blocked in some countries.
- Settings on xenia-canary.config.toml -
vsync = true (otherwise the game runs at high speed.)
postprocess_antialiasing = "fxaa_extreme"
Sharpening with AMD CAS at around 300.
draw_resolution_scale_x = 2 (these two double the native resolution.)
draw_resolution_scale_y = 2
gpu = "d3d12" (Haven't tested Vulkan.)

Ay! ROAN 😍 I forgot how seamless some of the anime cs can be into gameplay Real shame ubisoft didn’t make a shippuden title, better yet, that this and TBB still aren’t backwards compatible

Great perfomence, Dude! I personally tested in 2021 on standart xenia and it was terrible: crashes, stutters and memory cache problems. It was VERY difficult to endure and pass the game. Now this year I decided to try again on Canary, because I tested RDR and decided to replay rise of ninja. It is pleasantly surprising that on the Canary game runs very smoothly and even without crashes on the i5 8300h gtx1060. I wish you a comfortable playthrough, this game is worth it because Rise of a Ninja and The Broken Bond are better than ultimate ninja storm imo.

Heyy! Ahh, yeah! I was running the game on laptop with i5 8300h GTX1060(6GB) from start to end on Canary without any critical issues like crashes, stutters etc. But for better experience I recommend you to change some settings wich helped me: -change max fps from 60 to 40-50 in Nvidia setting, because casualy game runs in 30 fps and when you in fight mode for some reason it's 60--too fast for this game, if you ask me(can't say anything about amd); -some settings in xenia config--[gpu]--"clear_memory_page_state = true" it may help, if you'll see graphic artifacts (if this will not help change this setting to default and if you see artifacts just press F5). I hope I was able to help you.
