I don't know when it can be finished or if it can be finished at all :/ That highly depends on how often they will use it in the coming episodes and how good the samples are. The ones they used recently are sadly completly useless...

Have you tried the OST when Shikamaru is fighting Temari during the Chūnin Exams? Its when Shikamaru is looking at the clouds. It has a whistling sound in it.
I've had that downloaded for a while. The one I'm looking for hasn't been released yet, but you can probably find a version a fan made by searching ''Shikamaru Cloud Theme'' er something.
I'd hope that since the manga is over and the anime will be over sometime soon, they'd release all of the OSTs that aren't available atm.. That'd be amazing.
