I loved Naruto for years, then lost interest in the series because I didn’t like the direction of the story. I decided to give boruto a chance. In the very first scene when it showed konoha completely obliterated, with boruto facing off against some villain, I cracked a smile. I had assumed right off the bat that boruto was imagining himself in some terrible conflict, and was about to defeat the final villain in an intense showdown. I had assumed that in a few seconds, his teacher would wake him up from his daydreams in ninja class. But then the scene dragged on, and my smile faded as I realized that this was supposedly a scene that was actually going to happen in the future of the show. I only got a few more episodes in before I dropped it. Honestly, I think that first scene really disappointed me. I wanted a goofy protagonist who day dreamed of himself being a hero and defeating the strongest foes around in hopeless situations. Instead I got...Boruto. Whatevs.

Mugetsu back when it was initially used was scaled off Dangai Ichigo's power, as it was simply just another Getsuga Tenshou but way way way stronger and with some cosmetics. Not at all a form, you are correct. And if you have an ounce of common sense, you'd go "Oh wait! True Shikai Ichigo should be equal to Dangai Ichigo if you go off Yhwach's statement!" This means TB Ichigo should be even more vastly powerful, or at least on the same level as the initial Mugetsu. This is without the drawbacks of losing his power too. Plus, theoretically if Ichigo used Final Getsuga Tenshou again, then it would be much much stronger than what it was before aswell.

It's been 6 years and there are still people using this video as an argument to say "Naruto wins". If you have read or watched Bleach in the first 10 seconds of the battle it is clear that these guys didn't even try to give a real fight, they just did it to please Naruto fans because the fanbase is bigger.
This fight was completely bs. A real fight between the two would have lasted something like two days as there would have been at least 20 filler episodes.
