Not a single Bleach character has resistance agaisnt Illusions unlike most Naruto characters. Aizens illusions aren't weak but they're gassed up cause he's the only guy around that can use them and no one has resistance
even itachi is more than enough to solo jjk including gojo, heck even manga deku can solo jjk(excepts gojo due to infinity). jjk isn't really a strong verse except for the existence of infinity, space slash and yuki's black hole.

Naruto characters die simply from getting stabbed or out from the fight by losing an eye like Sasuke and this is late game. In JJK verse, that makes just about any character with RCT beyond Hashirama-Ootsutsuki tier. Naruto powers focus on AoE while JJK it is largely determined by haxes. Hax > AoE. The durability gap is far too great and yet according to Gege, Sukuna's still yet to go all out.
Most Naruto characters don’t have the durability to or even heal abilities to survive being pierced, sasuke losing his rinnegan did bring him plenty of pain. But let’s not forget. Plenty of Naruto characters are counters for Gojo and Sukuna. That and there are cases where characters even had loss of limbs or open wounds still fought.

Anybody with the rinnegan can rip people's souls out their body, and it's very arbitrary who's attacks affect the soul and who's attacks don't anyway.
