Itachi isn't that op but he is very smart and very quick minded but he's not the strongest Uchiha but I do agree his totsuka blade and ametrasu is deadly

She is physically the second strongest person in the leaf after choji, meaning she is physically stronger than rock lee. She can heal from any lethal injury more than a 100 times and she is probably so fast that deku can't even react with danger sense.
