The Magic 2 cover is actually very creative. It's the young NaS from Magic 1, which gave us a modern 90s boom bap, transitioning to a newer vibe musically from the 2020s and the 2 face also serves as a #2, for Magic 2, instead of the Gold Bars from KD3.

I have all of these on CD and i really love the little protective sleeve they give you for the discs with the Magic series. I found myself kind of disappointed by how flimsy the KD series packaging is. Also i love the material on the Magic slip cases, they feel really premium to me. Great video . Also i wonder why they gave KD1 a double lp treatment, is that album even 40 minutes?
yea, I hear you... I prefer jewel cases over everything, but I don't mind a good slipcase / digipak if done properly! Also, yes, KD1 is around 38 mins. Thank you for the feedback
@@rappinandsnackin no prob man. honestly im at a point myself where i'd rather everything come in a jewel case as well, years ago i thought it was the more boring option but owning a massive collection its so much easier to replace a jewel case and way harder to mess up in the first place. I'll be awaiting your next collection video brother.
Dope stuff man. I really want to get Kings Disease 1 on cD, but for some reason it seems to be sold out everywhere, even on Discogs. I've got KD2 and 3 though, and Magic 1. You got a favourite in the KD series? The 8 Ball was kinda goofy lol, but I actually fw the rubix cube , would like to own that.
KD series is pretty consistent... not sure I have a favorite. I wouldn't say any of the albums are great, but I do like them each. Still need to listen to Magic 2 and 3. The 8 ball is not worth the money IMO, they could have done a better job with it
There is a black/red variant vinyl as well for KDIII. I know the black ones have better sounding qualities but sometimes I'm just a s*cka for this marketing ish lol 😅
