This project sounds like it's just the beginning, just like this new rookie Nas is dropping his first mixtape. Man raps even hungrier than he did back in the days. Same intelligence and anger, but more mature, more experiences, more flows thanks/with this Hit-Boy genius samples, beats, it's an absolute masterpiece, the best of the three installments. And one of Nas best album. 30 years straight. God tier. Sorry for my english, I'm french. One love.

The Tom Brady of this rap shit. 49 years old and still making top tier albums, and this is easily the best of the trilogy. "WTF SMH" has such an epic beat switch and Hit-Boy really does bring out some of Nas's best rapping with his production.

This whole project is incredible. It's hard choosing between kd2, magic and kd3. And it's crazy cause I liked kd1, but the growth to this album is undeniable. Legit, Thun, Michael and Quincy and Beef are my 4 favorite tracks off this one. Get light sounds like that Amy Winehouse feature from life is good.

Some rappers age like fine wine, another example of which is Black Thought. Just as Nas and Hit-Boy are a match made in heaven, so is Black Thought and Danger Mouse. Also, the beat on Recession Proof would fit so incredibly well on Cheat Codes, or with a Black Thought feature.

"Thun" came from a childhood friend of Nas that had a speech impediment so it sounded like he said "Thun" when he said "Son" (Sun) which is actually Nas nickname in Queens.
