Perfectly captured why Fif's verse is somewhat divisive amongst Hip-Hop heads - As a 50 Stan, grateful to have a new verse, and will always love his energy, but if he dedicated it towards a more personal and introspective reflection on his experiences - He could drop another classic. You should also do Motion and Bokeem Woodbine. I love the first 5 songs of the album - it's all very good, but it had darker energy up to Bokeem, after that it dipped a bit with Earvin Magic Johnson (still decent) and reverted to KD sound with the final 3 which really disappointed me. First time i heard 50's verse, i thought it was a bit lazy, especially on the track with an mc like Nas. However, the more i hear it, the more i think the contrasting styles suit. Parts of it nearly remind me of a raekwon or ghost verse. I'd like to see them do more songs together and maybe 50 try to go a bit more introspective like Nas. As the dude on the right said though, that deep talk that he has in interviews is rarely replicated on wax.
