This song is the mindset of a 35 plus man who has seen it all and done it all. You’re wiser and only make moves the make sense. People, family, friends all fade but you remain because of remaining true to yourself.

One of my favorite songs of the Nas/Hit-Boy era. The mystic vibe of the beat and Nas calmly weaving around and over the sample. The flow is crafted to ride the bounce but to also jump in and out sequencing to keep your ears tuned for what's next. Underrated track.
