NASA Astronauts Sunita Williams, Barry Wilmore To Return in 2025 With SpaceX
Astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore, who have been stranded in the International Space Station for over two months, will return to Earth in February 2025 with a SpaceX vehicle. They took off on June 5 for what was supposed to be an eight-day mission, but will now spend around eight months in orbit. Their spacecraft, Boeing’s Starliner, faced issues on the way to the International Space Station, including helium leaks and malfunctioning thrusters. NASA said the Starliner will return to Earth without crew onboard in September. NASA's astronauts are set to return in February 2025 aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft. The mission, launching next month, will now carry only two passengers, with two empty seats for astronauts Wilmore and Williams.

Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore remain stranded in space as NASA works to bring them back. The prolonged delay is starting to impact her health, particularly her eyesight. The uncertainty surrounding their return continues to deepen, with stay now extended till February next.. All we can do now is keep our fingers crossed and hope for a safe return.

i hope nasa learn lesson from this, this Boeing vehicle was underskilled non confident rushed to be against successful spacex vehicle, this boeing had issue during testing as well, used sunita as lab rat
