Bhai unfortunately most of the commentators here know shaikh ibn al arabi only through tv serial artgul ghazi, He was basically one of top philosopher's of human history, meta physics is the main topic of his research, he wrote about 500 books on different topics, today in westren world there are many philosophers and scientists who have done extensive research on one of the chapter from ibn al arabi's book and wrote books on that topic and became big shots, ibn al arabi's thought process revolves around Quran, all his books and chapters of those books explainins the ayat or versus of Quran. My point is he was a philosopher and philosophy and meta physics are Not for general public, just like we can't discus Albert Einstein's theories in the fish market, by the way many of Einstein's theories are derived from ibn al arabi😊

I would have thought that it was fake if it was not in ibn arabis Book because ibn arabi was one of the biggest and greatest scholars of Islamic history ibn arabi is the creator of 846 books and magazines ibn arabi became a source of the strength of the ottomans providing them luminous knowledge he told ertugrul that he is a chosen one as his son Othman (osman gazi) will bring golden era of Islam and it happened in Osman making the Ottoman Empire .... so if it is written by some student of arabi then its probably fake but if arabi wrote it himself then I believe it

This is seems like controversial but in Islamic history there are so many incidents which are showing that there is a truth like hazarat Muhammad pbuh go to mairaaj this incident believes every muslim. There is a truth in these incidents but you can't say for everyone.
I don't know if read these comments or not, spirituality is not bound to any perticular religion, infact religions like budhism is entirely based on spirituality, comparatively new religion sikhism is also based heavily on spirituality, spiritual powers is different thing and the use of those powers is entirely different subject, spirituality = Tasawaf, sufi is the person who stuggles for it, in islam sufi seeks it through teachings of Allah and from the life of prophet Muhammad ( pbuh ), every other religion do the same, Christianity has Trinity theory like God, holy spirit and jesus christ.
