NASA may have found potential signs of life on exoplanet K2-18 b 

They really ought to be looking for signs of life in the White House frankly or in fact Congress.

I would ask. With the gravity on this planet being several times more than earth, does this give way to dymelthy sulfate being produced naturally and not from biological processes. In other words does sulfate gasses and methane under massive pressure result in production in said gas?

Eight and a half times the size of the earth, means that it's gravity would be prohibitive to any colonization, and if there is any technologic life there it would find it very difficult to get into space.

Even with our fastest spacecraft to date, it would take tens of thousands of years to reach K2-18b, which is 124 light-years away. For example, the Voyager 1 spacecraft, launched in 1977, is traveling at about 17 km/s and it would take more than 70,000 years to reach a star that's just 4 light-years away. So, reaching K2-18b with current technology is not feasible.

And drag information from those places - when asked to solve a problem. The issue of quantum computing seems to be focused on Artificial Intelligence. When the smart science will be to ask a quantum computer - to solve faster then light travel - or how many other dimensions exist. And if a quantum computer brings backs information - we can't see.
