Why do we need to make a 1/4 track in LA? There are hundreds of 1/4 mile tracks, all across this country. In places, where people care about Nascar.

I think that one of the big reasons is that most 1/4 mile tracks don’t have enough spectator seating to accommodate a NASCAR size crowd.

@@williamrawa7952 Currently, they couldn't fill up a fairgrounds. Go back to the places that built the industry. Not the to the crowds that despise cars in general.

Interesting, 100 years ago, my grandfather was a truck driver and hauled dirt from the LA Coliseum during it's construction.

I'm a NASCAR fan in northern California that is driving roughly 500 miles (just under 8 hours) to attend this race. There are fans everywhere, and I don't mind making the long drive down Interstate 5 to Los Angeles for this special event (could be a once in a lifetime thing at the Coliseum if they don't renew it for 2023).

Wow woke nascar. No wonder we’re giving up on the sport. Having a race in a city that wants to get rid of all fossil fuel vehicles. Let’s hope the paint schemes don’t offend or trigger anyone. Pitiful just plane sad.

Nascar, I guess you like to waste millions of dollars on a project that is completly stupid!!!! I hope the 2023 Clash returns to Daytona on the road course where it belongs.... Who thinks the Clash last year wasn't good??? Come on, The ending was good was it not it was no different than the Charlotte roval in 2018
