Why? He doesn't have a truck in the NASCAR truck series. Knoxville Raceway in in Iowa which is very long distance from Dale Jr's backyard in North Carolina.
She is spending too much time on You-Tube doing vlogs and not on racing.I don't want to be harsh on her but its plain as day to see these days.If she doesn't start getting better the novelty is going to wear off with her soon.
@@mark6310 you do know that they don't get practice on these tracks right? Plus it was not about her youtube... she was in the wrong place as she never caused those wrecks... she was just caught up in them. Relax.
"Cuz we gotta great big convoy wrecking through the night! Yea we gotta great big junkyard ain't she a beautiful sight? Cmon and join our convoy everybody's gonna get in our way! We gonna wreck this truckin convoy across Knoxville USA! Convoyyyyyy!"
@@_lucas_1k_ Yeah DGR isn't close to a top tier team. Yet they're pretty much all Ford has in that series so they get factory support somehow. All that team has accomplished was a fluke win by Ankrum years ago. Deegan isn't having the best season but nor is her teammate so I can't entirely fault her
I think SRX is a different style of driver's then the truck series. People who would still "wreck their grandmother for a win" but want everyone to enjoy the day
Keith Petersen, the SRX race, there were only 10 cars during the last half of the main feature. She and Stewart were the only two drivers with dirt experience and no way was she getting by Stewart. He is a master on dirt tracks. Deegan's problem isn't the DGR team. Her problem is that she does near nothing to improve her race car driving skills. Off-track, she seems to prefer doing tomboy childish antics with all her boy buddies which is putting her race car driving career at high physical risk to herself. Her arrogance attitude is another of her problems. Obviously, she inherited that from her father. IMHO, she way above her pay grade in the NASCAR big leagues.
@@_lucas_1k_ After Deegan's 3rd win in the NASCAR regional series, TRD dropped her because of what she did to get that win. Ford Performance took her under their wing and DGR was the only only team willing to give her a ride. I don't think that DGR is bad but I think they made a mistake by taking on overly hyped-up driver Deegan. She seems to care more about her off-track tomboy childish antics with all her boy buddies than trying to improve her race car driving skills.
if nascar is going to throw a caution at stage end to give the clueless networks an opportunity to run commercials they should take the time to rework the track get out there with a field plow dig it up water it and repack it itll be a brand new track for each stage and wont be so dry and slick at the end causing so many wrecks
Hailee needs to stop being so scared on restarts. She keeps getting screwed and pushed aside cause she’s so scared to bump. If she would be a little aggressive she would get the finishes.
Agreed. I understand in the beginning of the season trying to get wheel time and save the truck, but it's time to start adding some aggression into the mix. This was a dirt track where she started up front. This is supposed to be her forte.
@@LETSTALKENTERTAINMENT what race were you watching? On the long runs she was good. But the restarts are where you need to be aggressive and she was not
So you're telling me a car designed to drive a dirt track goes faster around a dirt track than a truck designed for asphalt on a dirt track? that's crazy man, who woulda thought that?! Your local modified guys are probably running at least 600 HP in a car around 2500 lbs. These trucks are a minimum of 3400 lbs running 750 HP. The power to weight ratio for that mod is way better and the way that mod is set up, it better go faster than one of these trucks. I'm sure the mods have a significantly higher percentage of left side weight. Look at the comparison for Bristol Dirt of actual dirt cars vs the Cup cars or Truck series trucks. The dirt cars were obviously much faster. Sprint cars were so fast there they set track records faster than the asphalt record. Faster won't always mean better racing either. I've been to many small town dirt tracks where the modifieds were def the fastest cars all night, but the stock car feature was usually much more entertaining.
@@MrGunlover12 WRONG. Bristol and Martinsville tracks are a bit longer and have steeper banking at the corners. Knoxville is a half mile track with only 8 degrees banking at the corners.
@@sergeantmasson3669 Thats kinda splitting hairs Since it is a .5 mile track. Martinsville is only .526 miles and Bristol is only .533 miles. Not that big of a difference. The trucks have run at Eldora in the past which is also a .5 mile track.
@@Skyvernius Knoxville is greatly different than Bristol, Martinsville and Eldora all three have higher banking at the corners and Eldora is 8 degrees even on the straights. Knoxville is basically a flat track with only 8 degrees banking at the corners.
At 9:44 Did anyone noticed that Jessica Friesen was able to beat Stewart Friesen...her husband 26th vs 27th in order of the finish....that does not happen often.
What about all the guys who wrecked? Not going to give them a hard time Gilly? Feeling a little emasculated because a woman is doing something you can't? Poor baby.
