I bet Dale Jr. was internally screaming and cheering of excitement while he was in the booth, must be great to see his number win once more🏁 Let's go Alex! I hope more wins are soon to come
I could be happier for him ...if he sent me 50% of his race winnings...then I'd be way way happier. I mean for him, of course. ha ha. IT WAS GREAT TO SEE HIM WIN! AND "NAAAAA NAH NAH NAH BOO BOO" TO ALL THE HATERS AND NAYSAYERS (aren't those the same thing basically..??.sorry I have really bad insomnia)...GO BOWMAN PASSING LIKE A BOSS TO GET IT DONE!!
Awesome win! Always great to see a first time winner. We were starting to wonder when it will happen, like Chase Elliott lol, but hopefully now he can rack up a few more with that pressure off
Mine too! And NOBODY really saw him as a threat... well they can suck it! He just earned himself a spot in the "playoffs"...THAT still sounds weird .."playoffs"...ugh. But soooo happy to see him win!!!!!!
Never ever count out Hendrick Motorsports, so far Hendrick has two wins this season, Chase Elliott win at Talladega, Alexis Bowman win at Chicagoland Speedway, once again never count out Hendrick Motorsports, I was really hoping that Jimmie was gonna win, and I want to see him win his 8th Championship
Bowman aside, how about Daniel Hemric starting the race in 3rd. Yes, he didn't last long, but hats off to him. Must have done something right in qualifying.
Thanks for spoiling the race! You understand that not everyone can watch it on race day? ...and no option to block the channel. Would appreciate it if you could post the full race (without a spoiler thumbnail!) or nothing at all.
I have to say this: Overall I like the Fox coverage better. Their layout is better, but mostly because they don't have that annoying ruttledge wood guy. But I watched the recap of races I missed on Fox this season on this channel and the quality was good. I tried to watch this recap on the Fox YT channel and it was hopeless. Amateur level editing. Now I don;t know if the Fox team does a better job of providing you with footage than you do them but I'm sticking with this channel for the remainder of the season.
@@Rev19665 "90%" ha no.. more like less than 40%. 90% of NFL stadiums are empty because their team sucks. Atleast people actually show up, and remember The 2019 500 brought more people than the Superbowl.
Yes I was REALLY hoping a meteor or comet would've struck him....is it too much to ask God, that Kryle get hit with one itty bitty asteroid?? I mean...'cmom....please.
I witnessed him hollering to a 9 or 10 year old kid , that was sporting @ least $300 worth of Kyle B merch, to "F*"k off!" at a race track in public. I have NEVER SEEN A CHILD so crushed before ....THAT IS WHAT HE DID. I KNOW THAT HAPPENED.
And then.. wham! Chicagoland is written off, in favor of F1 and IndyCar copycat road courses, If NASCAR truly cared about their fans, they would realize that their bread and butter is a nice blend of road courses, mile and a half tracks (like Chicagoland), short tracks, (Martinsville, and turning the spring Bristol race into a dirt race? Seriously?) and Talledega and Daytona (please at least put the second Daytona road course race around the 4th of July Weekend..)... (just my two cents)... Oh, and I’d rather have the Xfinity and CWTS back at a newly-brand spanking newly renovated Pikes Peak race, than a second Michigan one, could anyone imagine, (since Truex won a cup championship for a team based in Denver ( Wish you were here Furniture Row Racing), ticket sales would be off the chain and sold out the SECOND tickets go on sale...
Are you on meth? This has been the best race each year for the last 3 years. Awesome track and lots of passing and no follow the leader like most 1 and 1/2 mile tracks!
NASCAR is still the most watched motorsport in the US, and sometimes even the most watched sport even to this day! Besides, the race had a 3 hour rain delay!
The tires literally have no tread because the high-banked turns need perfectly smooth tires for grip. Not to mention they'd basically be running the apron since it would be hard to get up on the wet banking.
Makes sense with the high banked almost continuous turn. I think the GT and PT series offer more excitement with cars hydroplaning in breaking areas of road courses
I agree with everyone's responses to the question about racing in the rain...but MAYBE THEY NEED TO START taking some measures like that...I wouldn't have said this 20 years ago..but they need all the help they can get. Not being sarcastic ...just a fact. THEY know it too, I'm sure.
