@Elliott185 there's a lot of unrest between the race teams and the sanctioning body, fans, drivers and car owners hate the new car, it's far more expensive than the old cars were and is underpowered, not as safe as the old car, and handles way too good on short tracks and road courses, which leads to poor racing.

None of the Chevy drivers are being allowed to race if you haven't noticed, not even Kyle Bush, Chastain, Larson, by far the best drivers, NASACAR has chosen the mediocre drivers of the Chevy powered Toyotas to only race among themselves, making the Chevy's nearly undrivable.

What we're 5 races in and watching Chase Elliott is so sad they say he's trying to get his confidence back but to me it's his crew chief Gustafson this guy hasn't figured this car out yet, Chase hasn't won a race since going to this car. He won't win a race with this clown in his pit.

He won 5 races this cars first year then nascar made changes to it cause it was injuring drivers since then no wins. But today I agree he needs a new crew chief he cost him top 10s the last 2 races by not keeping up with track changes I personally as an Elliott fan don't know how Chase won the title with this clown.

For years, the race was set at 312 laps in the 80s which is like 502km so has been called the 500 for marketing purposes

Wrong; toyota will take the 1.0 and 1.5 mile tracks. Reddick had the faster car last week by a MILE. Just lacked the skill and pit crew to be consistent.

Because there were comers and goers, and battles through the field, and Bell actually worked his way to the lead. This was pure racing, not Atlanta.

Looks like NASCAR got the car changes just in time, fun race, 75% ads, mostly Toyota, then to catch a couple seconds of the race just to see that NASCAR made sure the Chevy powered Toyotas were untouchable, not a big fan of Harvick as a driver, not a big fan of him as an announcer either, reminds me too much of Derrel Waltrip.
