Allagier is way overdue for Championship in this series - Reminds me of Lajoe and others during The Busch days being a long time vet - Can’t blame him for staying in this series when no one will give him a competitive ride in Cup

7 years he ran Cup before goin back to Xfinity to drive for jrm some folks are just better weather that be in cup trucks or Xfinity justin has found a good place maybe jr will have him fill in part time when they go cup racing but most likely they'll find a young pup to be the fulltime and have other drivers do a part time in a 2nd car

They been dumping game changers since the start of the sport. Sometimes killing them. 1971 Daytona 500 comes to mind with the Dodge 305 in the winged car.

@@bradyelich2745 The reasonable women drivers get no real chance or the expectations are too high. People expected Danica to be better at stock car racing than people with 20 years more exp. Nobody else even gets a real shot except Deegan and she's the worst of them all.

Unbelievable a great race again contacts and spin but overall great racing as 3 way or 4 way fights legend nascar because my 2nd American Motorsport series, indycar still the best formula sport in USA, allgaier wins in commanding style can he fight for the big tournament in the last races like the championship 4 for the big title?🤩🤩🤩

Why stages and not just 200 laps? Attention span of the audience?

Two reasons: 1) TV is the VAST majority of the money, and they want times to put in ad breaks. Stages mean reliable commercials. 2) Bunch up the field in a predictable way. We all remember the late 00's and early 10's wish "debris" cautions. Stages are basically Nascar getting what they want from those phantom yellows, but in a way that's pre-planned so the teams can include them as part of the gameplan, and offers alternative rewards in lew of bonus points of laps led and such. It's not a great system, few people like it who don't have their wallet speaking for them, but it's a lot better than phantom debris.

I stopped going to races at Loudon and gave up on NASCAR entirely after 2017, when did they remove the rest of the turn 4 seats? That's where I sat for every Sept. race from '03 to '17. That year they had taken down the stands from the start of 3 through 2/3 of that end of the track. Sooner or later, they're going to run out of seats to remove. NASCAR is a sad joke now. Brian France and stage racing killed it.

If these guys would race fair, without crashing other people out on purpose, I'd REALLY be into NASCAR, it would be a good sport. But like this it is just so stupid or ... American, which is the same
