In this episode we start at the beautiful Vallone Vineyard on the outskirts of Nashik, the vineyard is also home to the famous modern Indian restaurant Malaka Spice.
This was one of the highlights of the trip for me, I never knew that India had a credible wine producing scene in Maharashtra before the trip. Indian wine is very unique and highly recommended for this that get the opportunity to sample it. There are bigger vineyards in the Nashik Maharashtra area but we chose this Boutique Indian Vineyard as it suited our requirements better.
After our one night stay at Vallone Vineyard we saddle up the bikes and make our way to the start of the GRIT (Great Indian Trail) which we will go in to in more detail on the next episode.
