Margaritaville is separate and requires a resort pass to enter - They may might have a private beach area along the same shoreline as Junkanoo beach which is a free public beach chairs will cost about $10 with an umbrella. Vendors will also be selling food and drinks on the beach from he restaurants located along the edge of the beach. I had a chair and ordered food and drinks and everything was great! Cash is easier on the beach.

Not always…actually didn’t end up raining that day although it looked cloudy. Just be sure to have some ponchos just in case - rain passes in the Caribbean all the time but shouldn’t let it ruin any plans
