Hearing her call the kid a "brat" brought tears to my eyes. My childhood nanny was both physically and verbally abusive towards me, but never my little sister. And apart from in front of my mom, she never called me by my name. I was just the brat.

This is just so embarrassing and if I seen Ava being verbally abused by her nanny, I’d give that woman a piece of my mind and also protected Ava like an angel lovingly watching over her.
I would tell Ava's nanny that she is being horrible to ava and she needs to treat her well and not like that. Ava is an angel and needs to be treated like one. I'm glad they helped the girl. My babysitter used to punch me when I was four. My mom was horrified when the sitter proudly told her. Many times Drs blamed mom for it
God bless those who helped. The older women, man that got so upset and called cops and Mila are amazing to go to such lengths to protect that little girl. More people need to be aware of their surroundings and help out. That being said, Yes If I were in this situation I would intervene and shows like this Make me more aware. We MUST as humans look out for one another. God bless these actors who did amazing jobs, that one playing the nanny is extraordinary!!!!!
