16:30 it's definitely the case of who has the initiative, if you win by a slim margin and then have to recall without gaining any value you are still wining but the margin is much lower and sometimes ends up in a loss of lane initiative to the player who has teleport. You then end up suffering more financial loss than you gained by killing the enemy. At the end of the day it's all about how you take a fight. Bearly wining is not good enough to generate a lead.

About that bus/bag situation: As long as it's pretty much empty, bag on seat is fine. If it fills up, don't be an a**, move your bag. If you see sb who left his bag on the seat: You are in the right to do pretty much anything, except getting straight up insulting or damaging other ppls stuff. WHAT you do shows a lot about what kind of person you are. You can ask politely (and I NEVER had sb say no, just one woman who started whining were to put it, while her 2 (I assumed) daughters had their bags on their laps. But she did take her bags (train was completely full)) or you can be an a** about it. But just grabbing sb stuff is an open invitation for trouble.
