For the past 3 years, since April 2021, my beautiful wife, Shirley and I have been praising you JESUS in the Storms. My beloved wife, Shirley lost her life on February 10, 2024, after battling 8 Meningiomas cancerous brain tumors😢. After having 15 high dose Sterostatic radiation treatments and two brain surgeries. You were always by our sides JESUS, giving us strength, peace, comfort and your unconditional love. Our help comes from the Lord, the MAKER of HEAVEN and EARTH! Shirley was bed ridden for 130 days, and spent her last 46 days at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha Nebraska. I told her, Shirley, you need to go with Jesus Christ. He is calling you now. So please go with Him. I told her, I ❤love you and I am going to miss you very much! Ill be alright. I will be with you someday in the future in HEAVEN! I kissed her forehead. And then Shirley took Jesus hand and went with Him to HEAVEN FOREVER! What a glorious joy-filled day that was for Shirley. She's now dancing on the streets of GOLD and shouting I am healed, I am FREE! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Even though my heart is torn, I will praise you in the storm, Jesus. I will raise my hands to the God who gives and takes away! Thank you, my LORD and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, for this free gift of Salvation!

I was born in 1964; I was 10 when I saw Jesus. I saw Him; the barbed wire around His head and the holes in His palms and feet; and He was crying and I asked Him, "Who are you? and why are you crying?" and He said, "I am Jesus and I am crying for you because you are going to need Me in your life; because you are going to have a hard time in life; and I am going to be there for you to protect you in life" .. and He has kept His word. Currently fighting stage 4 metastatic breast cancer with recently given less than 6 months to live. I am still praising God through my storm and believing for my miracle! My husband gone missing last month feb. 16. He went fishing and the boat accidentally sunk he keep on calling for rescue nobody dares to rescue due to strong storm signal after 4 days only our boat was recovered.. He was totally missing until now I pray to the Lord to comfort him where ever he is now.. This song gives me comfort everytime i miss my husband. I play and listen each message of this song. Even though Shirley did not get the miraculous healing she asked for, she knew, we knew, either way, it was a win, win for her! Either way, JESUS would heal her, or take her hand, and Shirley would go with JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD and SAVIOR, to HEAVEN!!Shirley being with Jesus Christ, eternally, in HEAVEN FOREVER! When I lost my beautiful baby boy I was torn, devastated and wanted to join my baby in Heaven but Heavenly Father said no. I remember hearing this song for the first time after Donovan went to Heaven and I melted into tears and howls of pain but every word just caressed my hurting heart. Such a powerfull song, as a veteran served 18 years in the combat arms field have seen so many terrible things in Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, and a couple of other places, I too am learning to lean on the the Almighty GOD to take this pain and terrible moments in my head. I lost my Beloved husband Eddie 05/23/2020 to Cancer. He was 30 years young. My heart is shattered, crushed, torn and a part of it is missing forever.

Natalie I am so filled with joy and love when I hear your music. My son who is 17 was diagnosed with scoliosis when he was 5 and had surgeries to correct it from 7 till 16. He had his last main surgery last July 2019 and he had an infection so bad they kept his wound open he stayed in the hospital for 17 days. They finished his surgery and then sent him home with antibiotics. During our stay in the hospital he would listen to worship music and you were one he would listen to. It helped him through the pain. He also has learning disabilities and he loves to play on his guitar that he is kind of learning it has three strings and he goes to town with the worship. He also was recently diagnosed with autism. He rejoices and praises the Lord with his whole heart and your music gets him through the storms of his life. Thank you for using your gift for Gods Glory. I recently lost my dad and got to pay my last respect few days ago. It was a night before that burial I heard this song for the first time and it broke me even more as it seemed the song was about me. Tears are a language. The shift in life is so real. If I May say thank You Natalie Grant. A song for such a time. Most of us like to avoid, or we want to turn from suffering. I like to say in a humble way suffering brought me to Christ. To me He is not a religious figure, but a real Godman Who wanted to walk beside me. He chose me. I say He is part Divine part man. Three divine Beings. God is Divine Christ, and Spirit. We know Jesus was a man of emotion and passion. I wish I was more eloquent in speech. I write a lot. This is the reason. If ever there was a time to rewrite our life. It is now. As the song so beautifully touches on human suffering, yes tears fall. Then a new life begins. After counseling , to deal with emotions. Spirit higher self is prompting each one to rise above, the storm. We are Spirit beings and You as a Spirit being You're called to rise above to Overcome. CROWN OF LIFE is beautiful. The crown is given to Overcomers. It is promised by God. A reward. A huge reward.

Natalie Grant is in her fifties and she still sings like a young girl. God let her keep her voice, sometimes he takes voices away like Whitney Houston and Tina Marie, but if you sing to God you'll probably sound like a young girl till you die. The Most High God gives water to the bones.

A great lesson for us "I will praise You in the storm". Many of us literally find it very difficult to Praise JESUS in our storm or hour of darkness. God led me to this song today............He knew I needed it. Go before me Father, it is only by your strength that I will be victorious. Thank you for your promises that will come to pass.

This song touches my heart so deeply these days. My Dad passed away...alone...last year during the pandemic. He had developed severe dementia following cardiac arrest during a surgical procedure that should never have gone forward. It pained me to admit I wasn't enough to care for him on my own. Having said our final goodbyes to Mom a decade earlier, it had just been Dad and me. When he became sick, prier to the surgical blunder during which he died and was rescusitated, it became my focus to care for him to the best of my ability. After the surgery, he returned to me a changed man. He wasn't himself, not even close. It was as if his soul had gone to Heaven, but his body remained...his eyes were vacant, he was angry all the time, accusing everyone of imagined ills, wandering from his home, paranoid, easily confused and always very forgetful. I wrestled with so much anger and bitterness toward the surgical staff, who even under the protest of the anesthesiologist still went ahead with the procedure. Forgiveness was and is still hard for me to fathom when it comes to those medical professionals... they knew better, they knew his heart was too weak, it was evident on the heart monitor screen! That anger hits hard. After almost two years of caring for my Dad following this debacle, it became evident that I wasn't enough and needed help to keep an eye on him, make sure he didn't go out wandering in the countryside, make sure he wasn't calling the FBI in the middle of the night to report imagined crimes, make sure he wasn't accusing strangers of heinous crimes on public posts on Facebook. His friends and loved ones saw he was changed and were as confused as I was. Many abandoned him as a result. I placed him in care at the advice of his doctor two months before the pandemic struck. In all of 2020, I was allowed to visit him for short visits outside starting in July. After one of the care home staff tested positive for Covid all visits were cut off. My anger increased, guilt riddled my heart, and depression began to smother my waking hours. What had I left my Dad to? Suffer alone and in confusion? To think he was no longer adored and loved? To think he was abandoned? How does one explain a pandemic to someone with severe dementia? When he was placed in hospice care in September 2020, the lockdowns for care homes were still firmly in place in our state, and my heart broke. I needed to see my Dad...I desperately needed him to know how loved and cherished he was. Finally, he entered the dying phase and all I got were the cold hard facts from people who didn't love him or know him as I did. Then...he passed in the wee hours of October 7th, 24-days before his 68th birthday. To this day, I still wrestle with guilt and anger. The enemy slathers it on thick, and shames me for not being good enough to care for my Dad. I've never blamed God for the loss of my parents, because all things happen in His time. I know He's with me, and when I listen to the words of this song...I'm gently reminded that He is with me, and though I may not be enough He most certainly is! Many stories like mine played out in 2020, and my prayer is for all the sons and daughters who lost their parents during the pandemic and were denied the ability to sit with them every day until the end...my prayer is that we will find rest in the arms of our Savior. Healing and forgiveness is possible, because nothing is impossible for our God.

This song means so much to me. I lost the man I was planning to marry Dec 28, 2010 - that was 3 days before he was going to propose and it was so sudden. This song just became so special to me during all of that. I can't believe it'll be 10 years on the 28th of next month. I'm in a new relationship now and have seen the restoration of God, but during those moments of deep grief it's was so tough. God was with me even in the darkest moments. A friend of mine just lost her father unexpectedly yesterday and I heard this version of the song this morning. Thinking of her and her family right now. Prayers for them!

Only when you walk as a triangle with the love of Jusus will this be possible. I had it for 9 years then i got sidetracked and took on a battle that was not mine to take on. I lost my soul mate for 13 years. I never left him. He went into darkness and i finally couldn't take the pain anymore and i surrendered everything to Jesus. I got baptized and my husband is slowly returning to who i used to know. My best friend my soul mate. When you love someone with the love of Jusus. You don't give up even when it hurts.
