On 30 May 2024 Natasha Hausdorff answered questions on UKLFI, international law and recent developments in relation to Israel. • אחרי שקרעה את גדעון לו... / @matanhasidim9906
When I first heard Natasha Hausdorff explain the legal principle of uti possidetis juris, I extensively researched the matter and what I've learned thus far is that she speaks the truth. Israel's true borders must be recognized.
Hear hear! Natasha is a brilliant advocate for Israel. No wonder the BBC and other so-called mainstream media organisations are reluctant to interview her - they must know she would show up their biases and frankly laughable “journalism” when it comes to Israel.
As a Portuguese international law Professor, I totally share Natasha's perspective. As far as international law is concerned, she is absolutely right. She is morally right also. If necessary I can join the fight!
@@connie.22 Uti possidetis juris Uti possidetis juris or uti possidetis iuris (Latin for "as [you] possess under law") is a principle of international law which provides that newly formed sovereign states should retain the internal borders that their preceding dependent area had before their independence.
I think we all need to join the fight. Your credentials could help clarify what is already being said, and possibly misleading us. Please join the fight......it is necessary.
@@AdelinaMullerFurther to that, Article 2 of the Palestinian National Charter states that Palestine, within the boundaries it had during the British Mandate, is an indivisible territorial unit. The fact that Israel has title any part of it entails that Israel has title to all of it.
As a non Israeli, i draw a lot of arguments from Natasha's succinct presentations for my polemics with pro Palestinian, willfully ignorant opponents. The fact that she always refers to verifiable facts and not just opinions sets her apart from the rest. She's the best👏👏👏
We can't thank you enough Natasha. A beacon of light and truth in a wicked world. The likes of Sumption and Hasan are bleeding stumps ,exposed as cowards and liars. Devastating performance , we love you and pray that God continues to clear your path. He will
MSM narrative cannot be dented by factual reality. Natasha Hausdorff is one of a few that can destroy the falsehoods and that is why MSM will not give her a platform because when they do they are no match for her. Natasha Hausdorff is brilliant.
Natasha rules! Her knowledge in this area is second to none. When teamed up with Douglas Murray and a couple of others, they have the law, the facts and the truth nailed.
I'm Irish and I support Israel. I was blinded for many years. But it's changing, as we've been lied to for many years. Those of us who do research find out the truth.
I am not Jewish and, for a long time, did not have a great understand of the what was happening in Israel. Thanks to Natasha HAusdorff, I know an understand a great deal more. She is clearly massively intelligent and highly articulate. I strongly recommend people listen to her carefully if they want to learn more about the situation in Israel. After the current difficulties have been resolved and the hostages are home, she deserve some sort of national Israeli recognition. I'd be grateful if someone could explain how Israel views the Palestinian call for or or at least claim of statehood, particularly given that it has been rejected multiple terms.
I think that asking how Israel views the Palestinian's call for a state, can generate multiple answers. Certainly, up to October 7th, there was (at times) a strong voice calling for the creation of a Palestinian State, providing there can be security guarantees. This voice, or voices, fluctuated in numbers in correlation with the terror attacks that Israel experienced. So, by now, after October 7th, only the deaf, blind and stupid still support that idea. It is important to know, that most Arabs do not support it either. While, of course, there would be some who would like to live in peace, these are few and far between. You will probably be surprised to know that there are many Arabs who are also terrified that the Palestinian terror movement will gain recognition as a state. After what we have witnessed with the experiment, called the Palestinian Autonomy, run by the PA in Eastern Israel and by Hamas in Gaza. Of course, Israelis are now, also a lot more aware that most Palestinians are not interested in a state alongside Israel, but rather would like to see the area from the river to the sea clean of Jews. I am sorry that I can not sound more optimistic. I have, however, realized that it is time to stop “chasing peace” as chasing it just accelerates its running away from us. What is required now is situation management and a review of the situation again, sometime in the future, probably in a time when most current actors will no longer be here.
Deuteronomy 11:31: "For you are crossing the Jordan, to come to possess the land which the Lord, your God, is giving you, and you shall possess it and dwell in it."
Excellent interview as always Natasha, your clarity when explaining international law is like listening to the melodious ring of crystal wine glass. עם ישראל חי 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱
I can't believe you used "Tahles".... I love it. We will win with the truth and a little sense of humor. We need you in our politics (later), if you are so inclined. Thank you for being awesome
One thing that I would do, as Israel, is quote the crap out of the Islamic sources and what they say about the Jews (and Christians). People in the West are almost completely unaware of what these sources say, they don't even know what a hadith is.
Can settlers sue US and EU for breaching their right of settlement on Israeli sovereign territory as per 1948 declaration of independence, uti possedetis juris, 1949 armistice agreement, and 1967 deoccupation?
One point I can make is that when those Arab countries participated 1948 war, and expelled their Jews, they actually participated the de facto population swap, therefore, they should responsible for accepting all Palestinians(Arab)refugees, just like when India-Pakistan were created.
Not all Irish people believe the propaganda from Hamas. The current prevailing view in our media, and which has gained traction with several mainstream political parties, has grown from a previously exclusively leftwing view of the world as a struggle between the oppressors and the victims. Isreal is stronger militarily and therefore in this uncomplicated view of the world, must be the oppressor. Natasha's ability to calmly explain the legal, historic and factual situation is a delight to listen to.
Could it be held of the State of Palestine that it exists as a non-territorial entity which in 1988 received Jordan's existing rights with respect to its nationals then resident to the west of the Jordan?
The word is תַּכְלֶס Takhles. Takhles is a common Hebrew slang expression in Israel, denoting an appeal to the root of the matter. The origin of the phrase is the pronunciation of the word "purpose" in Yiddish (according to the Ashkenazi pronunciation of Hebrew) And the expression is accepted in Israel among all sectors of the population.
