I like how Chad just randomly picks up the guitar and adds much more to the beat. Too bad that didn't make the final cut because it would've been dope.
+187onaPigeon totally agree. Chad is a beast he's just not the limelight type so people tend to forget that he's partially responsible for all Neptune's hits. Nevertheless a beast though
Lmao. Shut the f*ck up Mark and Kee. I’m an actual producer. You 2 know nothing about music. Chad is not an actual producer, he’s a talented instrument player and engineer. He has no credits for any hits before or after Pharrell. Don’t talk tough on your keyboards. U can come see me
Seeing Pharrell actually grind it out makes this one of my favorite Neptune Vids. I I've been a fan since 99 and honestly, this and the Justin vids are out of this world.
For one… his solo follow up album to In my Mind. Tyler said he’s heard it and Pharrell did it like a year after IMM. Pharrell got on his “I don’t want to be braggadocios” shit and it got vaulted.
I can not say how many times I've watched this video over the years.. Pharrell made the beat wrote the song and handed it to you... I would pay lots of money to have a Pharrell version of this song he just sounds amazing...
@@angc1456 uhm pls, learn to read before, this video starts with a giant yellow test that say: this song was created (...) by Pharrell of the Neptunes... So That's why I wrote that comment. ☺
I love the song and when I heard Natasha version I think she did a great job. Her vocals clashed well with the song. I wish she would have an album out already.
I revisit this video + song from time to time. This really should've been released. It's a cult R&B classic. And DAMN Natasha was working with Darkchild + Neptunes on her debut. Whew! Heavy hitters.
@@CoonCid Cause Timbaland did it. They influenced each others style a lot. Especially Pharrell who influenced the drum Patterns of Timbaland. Listen to Timbaland beats before and After the neptunes had their rise in the 2000's.
Not ya'll hating on her in the comments 😭 Anyways artists who would've killed this track (no disrespect): Amerie Early Beyonce Aaliyah if she survived throughout the 00s Ashanti Mya
Regardless of what anyone says I still believe the final product trumps all comments. Read the lyrics.. Her vibe, did pretty good vocally.. And makes you fall in love. Classic.
this was my joint i used to watch this video err day cuz i wanted to be a producer so bad lol. but i think the disclaimer in the beginning is unnecessary like *shrugs*
youve clearly never been in a studio session. this is where ppl are composing. Talking and being over zealous gets in the way. Shortie is an artist and if youve never been in a late night session you dont understand ppl just waiting their turn to be apart of the song. listen to the final version if you need to understand how involved she was in the actual song
+229Grind nah, Lol me and a few friends were visiting. and trying to meet p and Chad. then we found out miss ramos was out there and we wanted to meet her.
I remember this a while ago, funny i find your own page. People were HATING so bad like " who does this chick think she is? why she so bored?? blah blah.." Hope all is well~~
Fast forward to 2021, Natasha Ramos is somewhere hanging out with Lumidee working on the Remix to "Uh-Oh"...No disrespect to Natasha but, she can't really sing. Pharrell shoulda kept this track tucked. Someone like Waka Flocka's wife, Tammy Rivera woulda killed this track or Imagine if Aaliyah was still alive.
I think tasha being who she may be , and not who she is (because I dont know her like that) she was in awe of the hip-hop and r'n'b legends she was sitting with.....c'mon, what would you do in that situation..
Please Pharrell I'm begging you bring back your trucker hat in another color like silver with the brain on it and make a new Neptune's CD just like you did the last one and bring back Vanessa Marquez please I'm begging you I could actually guide you to make the perfect album 🇩🇴🖖🏽🇩🇴🖖🏽🇩🇴
I wish Pharrell and Vanessa Marquez made new music for a new Neptune's album it should have definitely gone diamond 🖖🏽✨🌟💫👾🥺🤩😑🤓🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Y'all notice Pharrell didn't have the hook melody started until Chad walked in, grabbed the guitar and played that little rundown before he even sat down? P took off after that! haha
@@elboogie4847 You are very misinformed. She has done vocals for Jennifer Lopez and was on track to starting a girl group with Vanessa Marquez and Tiffany Villarreal. Natasha finished her own album as well. But the label didn't fall through with them.
Pharrell should have just done the song himself. I think it would have been better if he had sung the final project. And the guitar solo by Chad is fucking amazing.
