**Things to watch for when watching a lesson:**
1. Movement and placement of the arm/hand/tip
- In what situations the arm is straight out and when is it bent?
- Is the hand positioned to protect a certain line?
- How much does the hand/arm move, when and in what direction?
- In what situations is the tip up, parallel or down?
2. Torso:
- Does the body lean forward or stays upright? AT what times does the body lean and when it doesn't?
3. Legs / Feet:/
- Are the stance wide or narrow? does it change based on situation?
- How do the feet work during; provocation? Defending? Feinting? Attacking?
4. Apply:
- Everyone is different so everyone will get out of this Lesson something that suits them.
