His voice! So underrated. I don't know how the heck they put him in a group. He can out sing so many of these solo artists that are insanely famous(ironic), selling & banking. Sad how people don't appreciate talent. I do want him to work with some better people though. His stuff is nice but not always great. It's his voice that pulls off the songs. You can't always depend on that. Especially in this day and age. They don't really focus on the talent. Just the catchy stuff. All about those beats & DJs.
