Right? Legit DAs don't run and hide and obfuscate and argue about definitions of "relationship" for hours on the witness stand. "Let me be clear here...." Fani going to jail.
There are several reasons why a client wouldn't want their attorney disclosing any private information and it has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. Your boy trump will have to answer for his crimes so don't get too excited about little snippets from the hearing. There have been no findings of perjury so relax.
No. His 'buddy" is not his buddy. That was his divorce attorney and he has been advised by the Georgia Bar Association not to say anything lest he might face losing his license to practice law.
His buddy is not his buddy anymore since he told the defense I'm sure the truth in those text messages. Otherwise they wouldn't want to shut him up. If he had nothing to hide then why try and stop it. He was more than just Wade's Divorce Attorney.
Really. Thought we waited for facts, before jumping the gun. What are your thoughts on the trail itself. You know, the former president and his thugs trying to steal 81 million votes? *Jesus loves people to want to vote blue. Yes, it requires thinking, but it's so worth it. Save whales too, VOTE BLUE~
@@danm3532 no he was not advised by the Bar to stay silent about his Attorney-client. Attorney-client that is required by law in all states. Disclosure of Attorney-client can be waved by the client, but if the attorney breaches that confidentiality it opens them up to a slew of ethical issues, civil issues ect...
Correct. Bradley had sent texts to Ashleigh Merchant with information about the relationship between Wade and Willis. He got this information when he was serving as Wade’s attorney during the divorce and also when he was Wade’s law partner. When he was in court, however, he stated that he had been advised by the bar not to disclose the information due to client-attorney privilege issues. The prosecuting attorney tried to throw him under the bus because his testimony was going to be damaging.
I thought the same at first! However, he has worked with Willis and think he intentionally let her go all ratchet as she 100% Showed Out and stepped in her own dog sh$t.
@@smiling390 I completely agree with your assessment. Judge was relieved that Fani showed her Fanny the way she did, even has MSNBC calling her unhinged. This makes his job much easier.
Fani already had a friend saying in 2019 they were romantically involved. Fani tried to lie that Wade never visited anywhere she lived in 2020...turns out she didn't count her condo and had to admit he did multiple times. All of their trips are magically reimbursed in cash even though she's never done that with ANY of her other purchases. Wade never deposited money. Dirty all around.
That witness was not credible. She had a personal axe to grind. One witness does not make a case. Fani did not move into the condo until after she filed the indictment. That occurred in 2023.
Wade & Willis are desperate not to let this guy talk; that tells us everything we need to know. She hired her boyfriend, overpaid him, and they were living the high-life together - until they got caught.
You really think $4000 cash is a lot she get $12,000 ph for speaking 200k plus DA and does private practice she is worth 6/8 million Fani Willis went on 3 trips total $9,000 and 1 trip was 3 ways because Wades mother went, Willis states cash was withdrawn from ATMs or via overpay.
The standard cost to hire a Partner is $800/hour. Special Counsel: $600/hour Senior Associate: $500/hour Junior Lawyer: $300/ hour Law Clerk: $180/hour
I wish someone would ask D.A. Willis, if she filed the IRS required Form 1099 on the cash payments she claims were made to Mr. Wade. Is he now liable for income tax on unreported income?
Neither Willis or Wade know anything about keeping records of money they receive or reporting expenses accurately, they are above the law. 😂Sounds like it's a made up story like criminals did in the old days about cash so it couldn't be traced. Lawyers/ criminals.😢Looks pretty bad.
@@smiling390 the defense lacked the necessary evidence to back up the claims that they made in the motion… Whether one agrees or disagrees with Willis’s behavior is irrelevant
@@ms.helensays5266 in this case it doesn't have to be proven . Just the Appearance of impropriety lawyers are hold to higher standards. But they've both have lied multiple times just in this case and broken multiple laws by doing so. Wade lied about being in the relationship while married to the courts. That alone can can get him disbarred from being a lawyer.
The other problem is that because Wade's divorce if Fanni Willis & Wade had their relationship started many years ago, they BOTH can end up in jail. In Georgia, ADULTERY is a CRIME so they actually have double trouble if their relationship can be proven that started many years ago. They better provide protection to that star witness asap.
@@Lastielion Wade testified he didn't have a relationship while married and he's still not divorced. Making like he does no know the legal meaning of married. He was a judge and is a lawyer 😂
Whether it was Fani in the divorce case or Nate now, the two of them are working hard to keep testimony from being heard. What have you got to hide ????

I am an Australian and have been watching what has been happening within the USA for the past 2 years. I love visiting the USA and meeting the people who live there. This is not totally surprising news!!! From what I hear the judge has now been implicate in a 'Conflict of Interest' scenario. That being not disclosing that he and his wife paid money to Fani's election campaign as couple of years ago. I bet that the Judge upholds Nathan's attempt to block testimony from Nathan's former friend. This judge was definitely showing a favourable bias towards Fani during her testimony last Thursday. When the judge agrees to Nathan Wades attempt to block testimony of his former friend, this will be overwhelming proof that the WH and Democratic leaders have weaponised the once fair and reliable justice system in the USA. It will be a sad day, but not unexpected
How come Trump doesn’t have attorney client privilege in all his cases the last few years Democrats just never cease to amaze me with their double standards and no I’m not a Republican and I didn’t vote for Trump but the last few years of Democrat deeds I’m 100% behind the man now
@@danm3532 Wade doesn't want the en camera meeting to take place. The en camera meeting is the judge asking Bradley what Wade told him and when. Wade doesn't want the judge to hear Bradley's answers. It isn't an assumption, it is literally what Wade is doing.
@@charlie-qh2ll The assumption is anything that Bradley would say would be related to the motion. If there is nothing there, then the en camera meeting would be a complete waste of time. Courts don't run on assumptions. Bradley has already been advised by the Bar association not to say anything. So, again, a complete waste of time for the attorneys and the Courts. The Defendants have just made this entire thing into a fishing expedition with nothing presented so far to actually support their motion. It is clearly a delay tactic. Even if there was a "conflict of Interest", the case would still go on with another DA's office handling the case.
So let’s just use some common sense here. The reason Wade’s legal team is fighting so hard to block Bradley from testifying further is because Wade knows that Bradley will contradict Wade’s previous statements given under oath about the timeline of his relationship with Fani.
As a guy that dislikes Trump and Biden, it’s laughable at what people are willing to overlook when it comes to their bias. Which is the real problem here, in general
OH! The churches that Fani visited and yelled out “racism!” Oh, they applaud her, gave her some “award” - they are just as trashy as she is to believe she is a Victim. LOL!! 😂
👍...If he grants attorney client privilege then you know he is.....he already let her rant on in the court room without control, all to deflect from topic.
It sounds like you're following a complex and potentially high-stakes legal situation. Legal battles and the dynamics within them can be incredibly intricate and revealing of many aspects of law and justice. It's admirable to stay informed and try to understand these proceedings, as they often touch on fundamental principles of accountability, fairness, and the integrity of legal systems. Regardless of the outcome, such cases can serve as important reminders of the value of transparency and ethical conduct in all professional relationships. Keep seeking out information and forming your own insights-it's a valuable way to engage with the world around us.
Here is the issue. One, have Willis and or Wade violated or otherwise infringed on the rights of any defendant in this case? Two, why are the defendants so desparate to remove Willis and Wade? And one final question. If Willis and Wade have not infringed upon or violated anyone's rights, what difference does it make if they were romantically involved?
In Fani’s own words it only takes one persons testimony to be a fact. Her friend testified that they had been dating a long time before they claim. Enough said!
The BARR presuring Terrance Bradley proves they Collaborate Against Truth, whatever it might be, Justice not blind in Atlanta! It peeks through sun glasses, to decide whose side to be on. This instance, they obviously decided to protect Fani at any cost.
Some of the most riveting TV in history. Glued to the tablet all day Thursday and Friday during that hearing. That Stephen Sadow lawyer is super sharp. You may not like his client, and he may not look like much, but DANG he put the smack down on everyone there, especially Wade, Willis, and their attorneys.
Perception of wrongdoing is enough to remove them. They are a bedroom joke at this point. And then she appears in court with her dress on backwards. Are you kidding??? Bedroom joke.
Prosecutors should have asked if Fani went on other trips during the time period? If so, did she pay with credit cards or cash with those trips? That would show that either she was relying on Wade's money to travel lavishly or she doesn't normally use cash so why did she with Wade? If she only used cash with Wade then clearly she didn't want a paper trail. Her other travel patterns will reveal a lot!
After what Willis's team did to Bradley, he ought to throw the light on Willis and Wade and tell the truth. This just goes to show you that Willis and Wade are lying.
This really hurts bringing Trump into justice. Especially when she said, if someone came to me and said they need a grand she didn't even ask for recepts....she just gave them what they asked for. Who does this? Especially lawyers. Everyone knows that there's is a money trail. It's the basics of contracts. That's first year law.
@@paul8254 Are you asking him in the scope of financial? Intellectually? Morally? Ethically? Be sure not to overwhelm him. MAGA cult members are easily confused and, therefore, duped.
The judge is now on trial. Does he help cover up evidence that Willis and Wade were lovers prior to hiring Wade or does he allow the questioning concerning events PRIOR to him being HIRED to be Wades lawyer.
Imagine actually hiring one of these dumb bulbs as an attorney. Look at how he is talking on the stand all slumped over, can't understand simple words or phrases, acts like he cannot remember anything, talks really low and is playing dumb. It's almost like they've never even been in a courtroom. These guys are an absolute mess. If i got a court appointed attorney and one them walked into the room I'd be like " You're honor, I'd like to change my plea to guilty lets just get this over with".
@@TannerMason IF you had followed what happened, you'd know! They took him off the stand for not knowing what Attorney Client Privilege was! How much more can I get on your nerves for telling the truth? 🤡
@@TannerMason Keep up with the Hearing. Facts already in evidence. By telling the truth is getting on your nerves? How else can I do that? Cause your illusions get busted. Facts don't care about your feelings.
THE WITNESS WAS HIMSELF AN ATTORNEY. If he didn't claim attorney client privilege properly, then that is his bad. You will have to convince me and the judge that a practicing attorney who passed the bar, does not know how to claim attorney-client privilege. In life there are no second chances. Why should people have to suffer because of other people's ignorance? If judge McAfee wants the public to lose more confidence in him and the judicial system, he will give this Witness another chance. Basically this Witness said that Wade was dating Willis before Wade became the special prosecutor, which corroborates another Witness that said the same thing. Even if you take away what this Witness said, judge McAfee won't be able to un-hear what he already heard from the witness. So based on the preponderance of the evidence, the judge will have to make a decision that seems pretty obvious to everyone watching this case especially the legal community and legal Scholars on both sides of the aisle. The world is watching
"Basically this Witness said that Wade was dating Willis before Wade became the special prosecutor, which corroborates another Witness that said the same thing." - FALSE
@danm3532 " - FALSE " false! Your false is false 🤣 I like how you offer no evidence and just say false. Thats what leftists do...lol Robin Bryant-Yeartie AND Terrence Bradley both testified that Wade and Willis had a romatic relationship before Wade was appointed special prosecutor by Fani. Red or blue....It's pretty much what they said.
First of all, Bradley is the reason we are all here. If it wasn't for him texting Attorney Merchant about the relationship and financial inuendo, we wouldn't even be here but never mind, he now can't say anything!!! Petty Betty. He wrote a check he couldn't cash!
