I've been fighting an inner war for at least ten years. Crippling anxiety that led to isolation. Isolation that led to depression. This year, I finally started to fight back. Embrace the fear and do things anyways. I've been pursuing relationships, fitness and going full force into my career. And that isolation is no more. And the depression is no more. Anxiety's still there, but screw it. It won't hold me back. This is "Hope." Love you all so much. You're never alone.

Growing up in an abusive home without love or peace has made day to day life a struggle. After recently being diagnosed with Epilepsy due to head trauma from domestic violence, the depth of my depression and fear has reached its breaking point. Even though I don't know you or anyone in these comments, I feel less alone. My life has felt pointless. Just hearing the words "you will always be enough." made me ugly cry in my shower.. You have an amazing talent to reach to the heart of those hurting and give hope where it has disappeared. Thank you for sharing your music and your heart. It's so obvious you pour your soul into your music. You've given me the strength to fight for another day.

I know some may find this weird for some reason(I dont know)but this song reminds me of my twin. She is my light in the dark, helping me with my mental health, anxiety, fear. She is my rock that protects me and keeps me safe, I don't know how to describe what it's like having a twin, it's something you can't describe in my opinion, it's such an amazing journey and a privilege to have her by my side. I just want to say thank you Nathan for making this song and I'm so happy that your fighting back, anxiety is truly a rough thing to have and at times it can be so over whelming, somedays it's easy to over come and others it will keep you under its thumb.
