Here's a song I wrote about overcoming fear. I really hope you like it! Next month, I'll be releasing remastered versions of "Psychosis," "When Man Meets God" And "The Hero" on my album "Introspection." I spent so much of this year trying to perfect some songs I've done in the past so I could package them in an album format. It's really crazy to have made it to the finish line. I'll probably premiere it in mid November so maybe you all can listen through with me when it drops. Love you all. Thank you thank you thank you of listening. It means everything

What a text, words sit so strong and well, there are simply no words, you are so talented, what a singer, it feels as if each new level in your songs and especially in your voice makes you feel like in a dream and not in a nightmare of this song, even though this song is amazing in the way it is given in words, you can think as if you are dealing. Ah yes, another divine piece of music has graced my ears. I love it. Did not dissapoint the hype I had for Nightmare when I first heard you were doing it. Simply GLORIOUS! I love how you do your voice in a soft low tone that just gives the feeling of vanishing, then BAM! Back into the louder voice that just booms in a slow but powerful tone! Yeah thanks that song does relate to me to when I was about 9 years old my biggest fear was needles 💉 I once had a blood test done at the hospital I was 9 years old at the time back in 90s so I cried a lot and it took me awhile to be brave at something you know it takes patience practice and when I got older I’m more brave now 🤘

I can say this much since the first time I heard Nathan's songs. It has given me a new perspective on life and he has become one of my favorite artists I discovered during Covid along with Mitchel Dae. Nathan, im sure you've heard this sentence before, but your songs have a power. Probably an overused sentence. What personally want to add, is that if you could hear me say it to you, you would hear my voice tremble with emotion. Your songs are helping me so much. Virtue helps me continue to fight against my own porn addiction, and heaven helps me feel my dad close by, whose day of death draws near for the 18th time, combined with my bday (date of my dads death and bday are one and the same), it's truly a bittersweet day. Angels and demons helps me know my dad is protecting me from the other side, And your songs about introspection strengthen my ability to look within. Ive always wanted to make music like this, to be able to dedicate songs to the passing of my dad. I know this comment might be a bit much, but I hope you know that you and your music have become a beacon of hope in my life. I'm trying to hold back my tears as I write this, but Thank you!

Now onto the song! I love the understated confidence in this song. "So make your move, I'll wait, I'm not scared" is too good! It's super fun that it's not about crushing your nightmares so much as outlasting and outperforming them until you can figure out how to leave them behind. I don't know much about the technicalities of music composition but there's some dissonance/ contrast of a positive and optimistic tone and a dark and pessimistic tone in the music and in the melody. I'm also loving the more soft vocals. I'm used to big powerful vocals with you which I absolutely love but I also enjoy softer vocals. Neep rocking, Nathan!

@@nathanwagner762 I'm okay-ish! Well mentally and all that but I caught a cold recently haha, so not so hot physically! XD It's due to the jogging hahaha, I forgot to pack a spare T-shirt, and we jog at night with my friends sooooo... cold. XD But yeah, I'm doing a lot better now! It's just a runny nose at this point 😅😅 Hope you're doing better though, Nathan! God bless :>

Amazing song i thought about the characters i made and the fears they had to overcome some tooked longer than others But they are fears that are from me always love seeing these characters overcome grow and evolve past fears i still have but i hope someday i too will overcome these crippling fears of mine

Means the freaking world! Thank you so much! I actually used to. But a couple years ago, people started recording their own tracks over them and "Copyright Claiming" so they got their hands on the revenue of my original track. So I had to go through a dispute and now I'm just scared that'll happen again haha They're on my patreon. I think eventually I probably will put them out again.
