For us if audience doesn't show sign of reaction like repeating with singer or shouting or dancing then you should know that the performance was bad. In this video the maestro tries to force the audience to interact to give some respect to singers which are not doing well.

Singing that is agreed to be haram is a song that involves immorality or has the element of inviting towards immorality. As for what is agreed upon, it should also be a song that leads to the instincts of nature sung for oneself, a song between husband and wife or among children. Apart from these types are included under the space of dispute of the scholars. He translated the view that required music and singing and it was the original law of good and and beautiful things. However, there are some external elements attached to it that cause the law to be changed to haram or makruh tahrim. He also laid out some reminders and guidelines for anyone who listens to singing and practices it: Whoever intends to induce himself to commit immorality through singing, then he is a wicked person. If it aims to relax the soul, help to obey Allah SWT and refresh oneself, then it is considered a good deed. If it does not intend either good or bad, then it is considered an act of al-lahwu / al-bathil (useless) which is neither rewarding nor sinful. The lyrics must not contain elements that violate the faith, laws and obligations of Islam The delivery style of the singer must keep the boundaries of sharia. Islam rejects any element of extremism in every matter, even in the issue of worship. Excess in things should be going to spend time that should be used to do duty. Each listener must evaluate and determine for themselves the songs that can be heard. They are more aware of the forms of singing that are capable of stimulating his instincts, tempting him to slander and forgetting the spiritual element in him. (Refer to Halal and Haram in Islam, pp. 430-436) Sheikh Ali Jum’ah (former Mufti of Egypt) Sheikh Ali Jum'ah emphasized that the law regarding music and singing is not an issue that involves the basis of aqeedah or matters that are understood from the religion in a dharuriy, and it is just a fiqh khilaaf. So we should not at all judge others as wicked just because of different views on this issue. He translated the view that singing is required, whether accompanied by musical instruments or not, provided that it does not contain elements of immorality and things that contradict sharia. In fact, the law can be circumcision if it involves praise to Allah SWT and His Prophet, songs that raise the spirit and love for the country. However, an excessive attitude towards him will lead to makruh, and may even lead to haram law. (Refer to Al-Qaul al-Mubin fi Ahkam al-Dunya wa al-Din, pp. 228 and 233)

Good luck with your theory Egypt. The lifelong attempts to prevent the building of GERD has failed. Ethiopia has built the dam with it’s own resources ( Abay being the legitimate source for more than 90% of the Nile ) . Any military action by Egypt on the dam (as the Egyptian representative suggests ) would be a suicide for the downstream countries. Any attempt by Egypt and It’s allies including USA would end up as one of the biggest foreign policy failure for USA. USA for due of interest of keeping up Israel safety is clearly siding for Egypt in this issue . Fill the dam is the loudest voice you hear from Ethiopians and Diaspora.
