National Dialogue | Prof Breakfast says substantive democracy should be critical on the agenda 

We in the rural areas must be consulted. We must not be taken as people without brains. Civil societies are not only found in the urban areas and large tribal communities. Nothing about our areas without us.

National dialogue should embrace educated elite. African educated elite have taken a back seat. The National dialogue can ease tention that goes with sectarianism.
