Katrina Nicolayeff does play left-handed. The twist it's that she plays a fiddle string just like a right-handed fiddle. She can pick up any standard Fiddle and play it.
While I'll certainly admit that these people have mastery of their instruments, all the "contest style" Texas fiddling is beginning to all sound the same! Everything sounds like Tom & Jerry to me! Why can't these contests feature an "Appalachian Division" just to provide some variety?
