National Health Accounts in North Macedonia 

Health accounts (NHA) are the lifelines of a nation's health system expenditure. NHAs are vital for evaluating progress towards universal health coverage. The Ministry of Health of North Macedonia, in collaboration with the World Health Organization is on a mission to institutionalize health accounts, following the System of Health Accounts 2011 methodology.
