A karahi is a popular late-night meal in Pakistani cuisine, usually ordered by the kilogram and consumed with naan. It is basically a stew prepared in a karahi which may include chicken, beef, mutton, dumba or paneer (a vegetarian version).

I love non veg food and this 'National Ka Pakistan' - Karahi.. made me soooo hungry... Yummmmmyyy. I'm from India and hope some day both the sides can visit each other and enjoy the food.. Pet Khush to sab khush.. I liked all the shows.. like Barbeque.. Anda Shami or Bun Kabab, lahori machli... WOW... Seems like my meat levels have dropped .. i need to have some meat.. Karahi.. yummyy

+caveman861 No she is not kidding. Dumba is Lamb with lot of tail fat. Actually West researchers has reduced fat in their lambs, whereas we still have the old breeds.
