National Library of Medicine (USPHS, 1963) 

This film describes the history, the facilities, and the inner workings of the National Library of Medicine. It also shows part of the 1961 dedication ceremony for the original Bethesda building and of a Board of Regents meeting. Speakers include Dr. Worth B. Daniels and Senators Abraham Ribicoff and Lister Hill. Dr. Michael Debakey is seen in the audience during the ceremony.
