National Park Trip 2024 - Day 2 - May 6 - White Sands National Park 

Day 2 of this year's National Park trip took us to White Sands National Park in New Mexico. New park us. We drove from Las Cruces to the park. Visiting the vast white gypsum dunes. Portions of the park were closed due to jet crash from nearby Air Force base. After park visit we drove to Carlsbad New Mexico where we stayed two nights.
