I have just subscribed to your channel..... Thanks I aspire to be able one day to make one under your tuition..... How long have you been carving??? I keep trying but have a number of fails , But the way you tell how to do these items I have a better chance of completing one under your guidance... Thanks fella...

Thank you for your kind comments! I can no l longer carve. I have cancer in my right arm an can no longer use my hand or arm.

That seems awful considering that you can no longer carve no more, such a shame , I'm sure you miss carving, well you take care of yourself and god bless you brother. Hello aperkins, thank you for your kind comments! Also check out my Eye Tutorial video also here on RU-vid. I carve a larger eye in it, so it is easier to see what I am doing and you don't have to wait untill I get to the eyes on this series, it might be a while. GaryMc GaryMc

Looking good. Thanks for sharing the series with everyone. Looking forward to seeing how you carve the eyes - they tend to make or break a piece (aside from the nose which you gave some great pointers on in this video.
