totally amazing instrument , its a real game changer for a studio on a budget , you arent going to get a sound like that with a 50 quid mic and a battered old acoustic . awesome .
I use it live. With a Gen 8 i7 or higher and the latency moved 20-40+ there's no perceptible latency. This holds true for the original, #2, Electric Sunburst and the new Electric Vintage which is totally awesome.

just picked up Komplete 12 Ultimate and waiting on the Mk2 S88 to be delivered in a couple days to go nicely with my Maschine Mk3 :D. Can't wait to start diving into this stuff properly.
I just bought it and it sounds amazing. Do you have a tutorial on how to apply and insert into a track? I cannot get that even though I have played around with it/ I do not use a midi keyboard...Plz help or refer help ty
You need to have Kontakt to be able to insert Picked Acoustic to your track. Kontakt is host vst for sampled virtual instrument. Frankly your statement is confusing me, you said that 'it sounds amazing' so that means you are already able to use it in your DAW, yet you have trouble on insert it on track. Or do you mean record it or else?
Hello. What is this software that you use to open Session Guitarist ? Komplete Kontrol? Maschine? Other? I use Komplete Kontrol but I do not have any grid, neither the down grid, neither the up grid. That's strange. Thank you so much.
I believe it requires at least the kontakt 6 player, I think there is a requirement. If you have full version of 5, it probably won't play. But at least the player is free and I think it does work with that. Hi.....this is a GREAT VIDEO. I have one question, however. How the heck do you turn OFF the slide feature? When you play the presets, there is NO slide. When I play, every time I hit a key, I get a slide. So please, anyone, could you tell me how to turn off the slide feature?
Alan can you explain how to place the presets into an actual track? Im clueless..I dont use midi keyboard and I have doodled with it but not getting anywhere but frustrated
@@kimwestwood8840 Kim, when you load the Picked Guitar, you will be loading it into a track on your DAW. You can use any of the presets in the menu. They you need to trigger it, either with a midi keyboard, or you can play it using the on-screen keyboard in the instrument. But you will certainly need to have some sort of midi device to get the most out of the instrument. And I did figure out how to remove the slide feature I had inquired about.
I've yet to find a way. I'm wanting to turn off the single note chord detection and be able to play melody until a 3 or 4 note chord is detected. That would make it a perfect instrument.
