As long as War continue between Ukraine and Russia there is no Winners. The War had started at least Two years ago and innocents people are dying on both side. I personally do not want to see ot hear innocents people are dying on both side. Nevertheless, People in both side are dying daily. its not a "nato budget" its what each country spends by percentage of gdp on their own militaries..their is no monthly bill to be in nato,its a defensive agreement that when someone is attacked by another country within nato the other countries come to help...

NATO gave membership to Finland and Sweden in about a year but Ukraine had applied long back. Turkey had applied more than 10 years back. It means Ukraine will never ever become member. But this joker will never get it.
