If Russia continues to recruit 30k troops per month, that means they are losing 30k troops per month. Keep up the good work Ukraine. Soon you can take back your territories and maybe expand into Russia like they did to you.
A Ukraine solder looks at Zelenskyy and asks, "The Russians refuse to leave Ukraine. What are your orders M'lord"? Zelenskyy responds, "Lead them to paradise".
Once they get there they aren't going anywhere except to the front as cannon fodder. What can their relatives spend roubles on now anyway? Stay alive, stay home.
Dont forget....paying the families of 30,000 people each month in a half million in death benefits adds up over the year......speeding up their economic collapse....add to that twice the number in wounded benefits and paying for their hospitalization, rehabilitation artificial limbs etc.....and it is very expensive! The vast majority are still russian
There is no national interest and there is not authority of state that is divested of the interests and authority of the people who comprise the nation and constitute the state. There is no aspect of nation or state that is divested of the people. These are delegated authorities of the people, by the people and for the people. I would honestly like to hear objective due process in regard to allegations of exploitation. In the case of France and Burkina Faso, in business, profit margins are usually relatively small, compared to costs and revenues. How much was invested in Burkina Faso, how much remained in Burkina Faso, and how much was extracted from Burkina Faso. Where did those investments to cover costs go? People often think about profit margins as the most important thing in business, but honestly I don't think that is actually true. A business cant operate indefinitely at a loss, however, the volume of costs and revenues is usually many times more than the profit margins. Economic volume is vastly more significant that profit margins. I would honestly like to hear objective due process in regard to business conducted between France and Burkina Faso, and find out by proportion how much money we are talking about, where that money came from, where it went and where it stayed. What percent was invested in Burkina Faso? What did Burkina Faso contribute in return for that? There are all manner of issues with this as well. There will be buyers and sellers of ore and all grades of materials, with each stage associated with it's specific costs. A ton of ore might be less valuable than a pound of refined final product? The technological capacity and expertise required may be relatively rare in the world, let along in Burkina Faso. What did Burkina Faso actually contribute, other than access to their land, and what is a fair share? A % tax? A share, without costs, would be a proportion of profits, and the profit margin on business can be relatively narrow. The natural resources of the world are a part of the Earth. I don't think it's necessarily realistic or fair to believe that these are an exclusive birth right based upon where we are born. Investments of all kinds are required to take these resources from the Earth and work them to a final product for which the profit margin may be very narrow. There is definitely a lot to consider in terms of fairness, however, I don't think exclusivity is unfair, and especially not racism. Would Traore go into business in order to make the people of France rich, or would he go into business in order to make the people of Burkina Faso rich? Would any of us go into business to make someone else rich? Is that what business is about or how business can work? Traore condemns France for going into business primarily to benefit France! Would Traore go into business primarily to benefit Burkina Faso? So now Traore is saying that we have stolen (Burkina Faso's) gold, and people should take up arms to go and get the gold back. The economy is based upon industriousness and trade. The larger the market, the more the opportunity for industriousness and trade, the more jobs, the more money, the stronger the economy. It's to all of our advantage. All the great leaders of the world have stated that this conflict is bad for business. Is it industriousness and trade we need, is it strong economies and strong business that we need, or is it charity that we need? I don't want to be disrespectful in this. I am advocating for cooperation, partnership and trade. I am against exploitation and racism. However, if Burkina Faso depended on France for their gold, by now saying that we need to go and get it back from France, how is this not still depending on France for our gold? At what point will Burkina Faso be able to rely on Burkina Faso for Burkina Faso's gold? Don't burn Africa, build Africa! Don't burn Europe, build Africa! We need partnership, we need investment, we need trade, we need markets, but we cannot reasonably expect anyone to work for free. For the record, I smashed my firearm. I destroyed it. I would go to Ukraine, I will work, I would fight with my hands if I had to, but I will not bear arms. I would rather die.
Russia has 2 million reserves & half a million volunteers & half a million conscripts to replenish their 1 million man military, minus casualties oc. They replenish ammo by trading grain and satelite system to N Korea, & they simply still have pre war equipment & have been building new equipment for 3 years. Ukraine isnt winning this war, they are barely able to defend as they contune to retreat.
