Here in the States, whenever someone suggests we fund a program that would benefit the general public, the response from Washington is typically some form of "But where's the money going to come from? Who's going to pay for it?" But when war is involved, money seems to flow like water.

I always find aljazeras position on the Ukrainian issue to be biased against Russia! But the truth is that NATO/ USA is the biggest treath to world peace!
