Kyryl, your explanations are excellent. You’re the first instructor I’ve seen to anatomically break down body parts in such detail. I haven’t seen anyone else demonstrate how to rotate your shoulder blades in the figure 8 motion. It looks really beautiful, and is something I want to practice and incorporate. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
Thank you kindly for watching and commenting, glad you found it useful. I have never been a naturally coordinated dancer, so I had to learn and chisel out all the details. It feels exciting for me to be aware of what exactly is happening and when. In regards to shoulder blades number 8 action - it is purely an exercise to engage and let the body become familiar with the action. During dancing it is only a "hint" of it happening. Thank you once again for your attention, more than happy to accommodate if there are any questions.
You showing us the road map to successful. Thank you so much Kyryl. I always wish to dance Latin looks Latin. I have a lot of money and time but the more I dance the more like a robot! Please keep all your excellent lessons continuously otherwise I don’t know where to find you to learn more in private lessons. Again,Thanks so much Mr Kyryl .
Wow, this is incredibly helpful! I can’t even begin to express how excited I am after watching this video. I finally understand how arm movements work and why mine have been so awkward. Now I know how to fix them! You’ve completely saved my passion for salsa dancing. Thank you so much-I’m beyond grateful!
Such in-depth detailed explanation on the arms and body movement. Thank you so much Kyryl. Would love to know about arms movement in Cha Cha and Samba in the future.
@leilahua gotcha ! Sounds good. I’ll make a video about turns and using arms and body. Might be two different videos. Thank you for your feedback and sharing.
