In this video I will show you how to make Cold-Processed Soap using natural colourants green,red and blue clay.
Safety precautions:
Don't forget to use all safety equipment as the lye/sodium hydroxide can burn your skin.
Safety equipment needed:
Eye google, hand gloves, face mask, and long sleeve cloth when handling lye/sodium hydroxide
Early preparation:
1) Froze distilled water a day earlier
Ingredients:
170g Cocoa butter
70g Shea butter
220g Distilled water
182g Sodium Hydroxide/lye
350g olive oil/olive pomace oil
330g coconut oil
90g palm kernel oil
50g castor oil
60g rice barn oil
50g canola oil
5g Ylang Ylang essential oil
5g Juniper Berry essential oil
5g Patchouli essential oil
Green Clay 2tsp
Red clay 2tsp
Blue Clay 2tsp
Sodium lactate 2 tsp
