I am transitioning, I LOVEE My African hair, I love my black people hair and its nice to see the black Men complimenting us about our natural hair. That makes me smile. :) I already see a bright future ahead of us in the black community with (Hair) lol. Love you all and love ALL hair textures. :)
yeah, it's really hard to find people with my type of hair. I'm mixed & my hair is curly, but ever since my sister gave me a perm & relaxer it became really poofy and straight.
This is the hair video I REALLY liked, but I don't know how to BRAID hair against my scalp. Blast! One day I'll learn this tactic and master you! Til then, I shall practice in the shadows...
Dosen't matter what the name of this style is,she clearly has a strong head of hair to pull it off. Edges on point and all. Makeup is beautiful. You got my thumbs up!
Thank you so much for your post! This hairstyle is sophisticated and cute. I've finally found a simple, quick classy protective style. My husband loves this look on me!
You can learn. I did it at eight years old. If you know how to do a regular braid, you take a small portion of your hair only to practice. You may be practicing on that section for days or weeks but you will get it. You start the braid from the very top. Practice pulling in hair from your scalp as your braid along your scalp. You keep practicing on that or any small section of your hair until you catch on. Be patient. It took me about a week but remember, I was eight years old and had a lot of time on my hands to practice. Take care and God bless.
Don't feel ashamed Melissa. You are still young and it's never too late. As a matter of fact. I returned to dance at 32 years old and did well within 2 years, thanks to God. I had a friend who was your age when she learned how to braid. I and a friend showed her how to practice and she learned. After she did her first full head people started asking to pay her to do it. I can tell you from experience, all it takes is to practice doing one braid on a small section of your hair. If you keep trying that same section everyday for about 10 minutes for two weeks you will start to catch on. Once you are able to put the hair into your braid from the scalp you will have it. All it takes is to learn how to do one braid. After you learn, you can actually do a whole head. If that is something you wish to do, don't pay attention to how you think about yourself regarding what you can't do. Pay attention to learning what you want to do. Many adults have something that they would like to learn. If you practice like I suggested, and learn it, once you know it it will seem like you've always been able to braid. That's what happens when you learn to do something that you've wanted to do. God bless you.
@@virgosexy19 Its ok honey, Im 42 and just learned to flat twist. I learned by watching tutorials on RU-vid. You CAN do it, you just have to keep practicing😁👌
I need to learn how to do this hair style, the problem tho braiding. I've always styled my hair with weaves and braids. Now I want to do it naturally I need help. How do I start practicing where do I begin
Gerline Desrosiers possibly because it's way too fast to follow. I didn't dislike it but since I'm a beginner I won't be able to learn from it. Just giving a possible reason.
You did the dang thang girl with the Goddess braid. I am trying it out today. I have had the hardest time finding simple styles for my natural hair. Thanks so much for showing this one.
