You’re only suppose to apply head and shoulders to your scalp, not the length of your hair, according to the directions. I made this mistake before and my hair became extremely dry and tangled when I rinsed it out. Beautiful hair! ❤

Hello, I think it's too much shampoo, even too much shampoo can accumulate on your scalp, causing dryness and flaking since it causes the opposite effect. Try a better technique where you use less product❤
My daughter also sneezes while washing her hair, I think it's more of a sinus problem than an allergic reaction to product. She even has to take a antihistamine/decongestant the night she washes her hair. If she doesn't she'll be congested all night and the next morning. I think the steam from the shower is loosening the dirt and mucus in your sinuses. If you netty pot frequently (rinse your sinuses with warm salt water) you won't sneeze as much in the shower.
I recently picked up the Head and Shoulder: Almond Oil . I’m a sulfate girl !! It’s my first time trying head and shoulders as well . I’ve used it 4 wash days now and I Like it (haven’t tried it for washing out grease yet). My go to shampoo is the ORS Creamy Aloe, loved that product really cuts through the grease. Side note: I may be biased because I use a glob of shampoo regardless of what I try.
I sneeze from hair products too! It's the fragrance. I don't have issues when i use fragrance free hair products or wash my hair out of the shower. 😔 Fragrance free products are not easy to find and are usually more expensive per oz. 15:31
So head and shoulders is made for people who suffer from dandruf or how you tel it , so the cooling part is Strange bud its a effect the shampoo has 🤣. So this was not just you that went through this experience.
