Some of you may know that I am Ukrainian! I was born in a small town called Zhovkva near Lviv, Ukraine and lived there until I was 18.
I have always wanted to do a Ukrainian styled photoshoot and it finally happened with the help of my friend, wedding photographer/educator and RU-vidr Ivash.

Hi, Was there a reason behind stopping down a Luxury lens from 1.2 to 1.8 (given it's just 2/3 stops) when you have this low light? I see you're already at ISO 100, but then again, I'm only curious. By the way we have (almost) the same trams here in Budapest (here-and-there)! :D

Entrei pela primeira vez numa página digital (500px.com/irenerudnyk) onde pude ver seus trabalhos, e o pouco que vi, de Maryana à Diana, me deixou bastante surpreso. Tem composições que nos remetem ao paraíso. Não sou profissional da fotografia, mas pensava que dentro do meu amadorismo, eu estava conseguindo uma imagem nítida e com cores balanceadas. Agora a esperança se foi. I entered for the first time on a digital page (500px.com/irenerudnyk) where I could see her works, and the little that I saw, from Maryana to Diana, left me quite surprised. It has compositions that bring us back to paradise. I'm not a photography professional, but I thought that inside my amateurism, I was getting a clear image and with balanced colors. Now the hope is gone.

@@neorientalist, In our territory there is more nations than you can imagine ) Im living at Yaroslavl city builded 1000 years ago by Yaroslav the Wise, grand prince of Veliky Novgorod and Kiev. And it is a east slavs city. Russia have approx 3 millions of finn ugric population only. (from total population: 145 millions)

"Do you still speak Ukrainian?" was my question before watching the video. Then I heard you speaking in Ukrainian and it is amazing because I am so used to hear you speaking in English. I am a Hispanic guy living in the USA and I get fascinated with other languages, my girlfriend is from Syria and I love when she speaks in Arabic, even though I don't understand a word, the best thing is when she sings in Arabic 😍

I also watched the video of the photoshoot with you and your husband. So beautiful! The two of you may not be "real" models, but you are real people and really in love and that authenticity makes the pictures as good as any model shots and, in fact, better than most.

Im such a big fan of you irene! The way you communicate with your models really make your models comfortable with you. I would like to learn a lot from you and Im still a novice in photography. I use to take pictures with my iphone and maybe sooner I'll use a camera. Can you please make a video about reviewing some mid range cameras please??? And some camera tricks for beginners. Прекрасные работы) А я думала, почему мне так здесь английский понятен, сколько видела уроков чисто по английскому, там не так даже)) Поэтому отдельное спасибо за английский, по этим видео можно его неплохо учить - для аудирования и мотивации - идеально))).

Hi Irene! Great photoshoot. I wish I were able to shoot Ukrainian beauty like this. I don’t do natural light shoot any more because my pictures always looked muddy even if I tried to adjust while balance by increasing color temp. So now I always use strobe even in day light. But if you can show how did you do retouching of skin on this particular photoshoot, I would like to go back to do natural light shoots because they are more convenient and I don’t have to carry lights around. So please do that tutorial ASAP.

Hey, I really like that traditional photoshoot! I am from Bulgaria and I can say that we have very similar dressing and colors ( the Bulgarian flag is white,green,red I first I thought that this is something Bulgarian :D ) . Irene, kindly do a photoshoot in the evening, indoors with indoor lights. It would be helpful if you could explain settings under indoor lights.😄

Indoors ambient lightning is not adequate. You can use a flash or a small LED if you want to maintain thr ambient light. Very easy. Good luck.

Lovely photoshoot. Everything was very beautiful; the light, foliage, costume, the girl, the buildings and all of the props. But I get so anxious and nervous when I see other tourists walking in the background. I keep thinking they will ruin a shot by photobombing the picture. I am impressed at how calmly you work around the tourist.

Виходячи з вашого імені, я розумів, що Ви з сестрою можливо родом з України, але насправді не думав, що при такому рівні англійської, Ви щей й так добре розмовляєте на рідній українській мові. Дуже несподівано було після стількох відео на англійскій мові почути українську 🤗Ви робите дуже гарні фотографії які надихають, хотілось би частіше бачити відео про аналогову фотографію, про фото на середній формат, а особливо на 35 мм плівку 😅
