finally i found someone who knows the struggle with uneven eyes!! i can’t tell you how frustrated i get when i can’t get my eyes to look the same and telling my mother end friends about it and they don’t understand. thank you so much for filming this. it really made me feel like i’m not alone with this internal/external struggle of feeling beautiful ❤️
I want to put more focus this year on really embracing natural beauty so I thought I'd kick things off with a tutorial of the makeup I've been doing lately in quarantine! This tutorial uses no eyeliner, no false lashes, and no eyeshadow. I've honestly been happily shocked at how much it's been giving me major glow and letting my skin shine through, plus it wears SO well all day! Hope this look helps you feel a little brighter and more confident, no matter what's going on in life!
I can totally tell that you’re going for the natural look and I LOVE it!!! It’s so glowing and enhances your natural grace and beauty and is more in line with how I wear makeup so I’ve gotten some good tips!
I have been your subscriber ever since bra 101. You have not mentioned about politics, and I wished you kept it that way. But since you brought it up in your instagram. Talking about visiting Washington and have hope “again”?? If you have time, maybe read some articles from The Epoch Times. Maybe listening to Candace Owens. Maybe Ben Shapiro.
First of all thank you for focusing on monolid! I also have the same issues with my eyelids looking different from day to day, it helps to know it’s not just me. This is a beautiful look and can’t wait to try it! ❤️❤️❤️
The very first video i watch of you wayyyyy back was monolid makeup look. So happy you have a new one! Since we are both mamas now this look its easier!
OMG this popped up on my feed and I’m so excited because I’ve been looking for a tutorial for uneven eyes for SO LONG and I finally found it. Thank you so much for making this ❤️❤️❤️
I never wear makeup but always wanted to try then I get overwhelmed by all the products so at 25 I’m still inexperienced. I actually feel more self conscious with makeup on lol. Who knew that you don’t have to apply foundation all over your face and just use concealer like this. Like it makes sense and this video just makes it so easy to follow. I don’t feel overwhelmed by a thousand steps. Thank you Jen
It's so true, makeup can be overwhelming especially with all the products out now! Even I feel that way at times. BUT know that it's ok to be at whatever level you are. It's ok to not wear any! It's ok to just watch youtube videos on makeup and never do it because that's its own form of calm & self care. I'm so glad this tutorial made it seem a little less intimidating ❤️
I am also 25 and I use makeup irregularly. I was writing down all the mascaras eyeliners and eyelash investments and there wasnt there many! @jen I love this video because it seems so similar to my go to look even when performing dances and I watch so many makeup tutorials but never use them routinely. Happy Lunar New Year :)
I use the same mascara!! I haven't found any that tops it yet!! Our Asian monolids need it especially with thin, sparse straight lashes! Thanks for the tips Jen!! Love your videos!
You were one of the first RU-vidrs with monolids that I found back in the day and your old tutorials really helped me. Thank you!!! And good advice on checking if products are safe for using on the eyes. As someone with a ton of allergies I am extremely careful with stuff like that and personally wouldn't apply just anything near the eyes.
Oh my god. I feel so seen. Thank you for making this video. My eyelids are permanently uneven due to an injury and have avoided makeup for years because of this problem. Thank you for making this video that addresses this.
YES. My uneven eyes are difficult to deal with in terms of makeup. I am half asian and literally have one mono and one double lid...Eye makeup always looks uneven on me, so thanks for this!
This is what I called mom life covid makeup look! Lol. I also do very simple makeup look to work or going out everyday. My steps are also mainly focus on above nose area since we are all wearing masks most of the time anyway. My steps: tinted moisturizer, concealer on dark circles and redness or dark areas, brows, curl lashes and then mascara. Sometimes I don't even bother putting blush on since it transfers to my mask.
I remember your videos from a long, long time ago I loved so much. I would like to see your current favorite bb creams. I also will never forget one eyeshadow look you made with L'Oreal Paris HiP Studio Secrets duo in Electrified I think. It was amazing. Maybe recreate something like that again?
Oooh, new mascara for me to look into! These Asian eyes can only stick with waterproof formulas and even then depending on the formula some mascaras just don't work with my lashes.
You are most talented good performer artist and from my opinion you are the best among all girls and really no body quite like you and without make up or cream or powder you look already and naturally most beautiful and most attractive and marvelous girl please believe that ok
This is brilliant. I will be using all you showed. Please what lash curler do you like. I cannot find one that curls my lashes. They’re all made so cheaply now.
I want all natural women to come back into style...no more wigs, makeup, surgeries, different color eye contacts, squeezing your feet into shoes that don't fit. Just plain old clean smelling spectacular natural women...I miss all of you...please come back!
